StruCIM® with CSR® is developed in partnership with Jitech Fabrication Technology Inc. and incorporates their considerable experience and understanding of steel fabrication process.

StruCIM® provides "on-the-fly", smart tool path generation for cutting, scribing and welding directly from the steel detailing CAD model. This minimises data preparation time, dramatically reduces robot programming efforts and empowers users to handle different assemblies very efficiently.

StruCIM® automatically recognizes features such as copes, holes, welds and automatically generates tool paths for scribing, cutting, welding and drilling.

StruCIM® recognises all sub materials associated to a member assembly and generates the tool path needed to mark their position and piece mark on the main member material.

StruCIM® uses the CIMsteel integration standard CIS/2 (ISO10303-21) to import assemblies from a manufacturing model. Combined with our library of commercial robots and accessories StruCIM® accurately creates a detailed simulation of the proposed manufacturing system.

StruCIM
® simulates interactions between work cell components to optimise your equipment selection, fine-tune it's positioning, and maximize production throughput.

StruCIM® uses proven simulation technologies applied to a wide range of design and manufacturing applications found in aerospace, automotive and other engineering applications. Our manufacturing simulation software provides easy and accurate preparation and verification of complex programs for specialized equipment, robots and CNC machinery.

StruCIM® is the most comprehensive, easy-to-use robotic simulation software available.

StruCIM® works completely off-line, eliminating the risk of damage to equipment and freeing robots for productivity.
