Finger-Flex Isolators from AAC solve Low Load Problems!

The new series of 38 natural rubber rings and bushings introduced by Advanced Antivibration Components are designed for noise supression in typewriters, printers, copiers and other precision office equipment. Additionally, they isolate striker bars and platens as well as printhead guide rails in high speed printers. They are generally used in protecting sensitive instrumentation from unpredictable vibration and shock.

Identified as the V10R 4 Finger-Flex Mounts Series, they provide protection for loads ranging from 4 to 350 lbs. (2 to

159 kgf) and exhibit various natural frequencies depending on the size and Durometer of the isolator. Durometer hardness ranges from 30 to 60. Five basic sizes are stocked. One has a 13/16" (20.6 mm) diameter with a 1/4" (6.4 mm) bore for loads up to 12 lbs. (5.4 kgf) For loads up to 25 lbs. (11.3 kgf) there are 1-11/64" (29.8 mm) diameter units with 3/8" (9.5 mm) bore. For heavier loads up to 37 lbs. (16.9 kgf) there are 1-3/8" (34.9 mm) diameter units with a 3/8" ( 9.5 mm) bore. Loads up to 80 lbs. (36.3 kgf) can use 1-29/32" (48.4 mm) diameter units which

have a 9/16" (14.3 mm) bore. The largest size, 3" (76.2 mm) in diameter with a 5/8" (15.9 mm) bore, can handle loads up to 350 lbs. (158.8 kgf)

About AAC

At Advanced Antivibration Components (AAC), we market products exclusively related to the elimination of vibration, energy absorption and protection of components and devices from shock and possible destruction. AAC was created as a separate division of Designatronics, Inc. because the need for such a product line has grown over the years. While our sister division, SDP, provided catalogs featuring shock and vibration damping components in the past, feedback from our engineering and marketing departments indicated the need for proper product marketing and technical information.

AAC supplies the broadest offering available from a single source related to antivibration products in our new catalog, V100 and our New Product Suppliment - V110. We also offer tooling for many types and sizes of cylindrical vibration mounts. There are catalogs of this nature circulated; however the uniqueness of this publication is its breadth and versatility. In addition, all the products featured are available from stock for immediate delivery.
