The Vertimatic is a compact heavy duty Immersion Parts Washer that uses water based solutions for cleaning screw machine parts. Standard machines combine multple tanks to suit various production requirements. Variable speed Agitated immersion is combined with rotation of baskets in solution to remove chips and oils. Precision Ultrasonic Cleaning is available for the most intricate parts with deep threaded blind holes. Under water turbo jet spray system combined with Agitation and Basket Rotation removes all chips and collects them to maintains solution clarity. Batch integrity is maintained as parts are processed in baskets and fed into and through the multiple cleaning and drying stations. This immersion cleaning system can be installed in line with existing material handling conveyor systems or can be used as a stand alone parts washer.
